1st/2nd—We did 343(32-37) for bellwork. We started on lesson 8-3 with “Reading to Learn Mathematics” and “Word Problems” for the lesson.

3rd/4th—We did 265(34-44) for bellwork. We went over workbook 6-1.

1st/2nd—-We did 339(6-13) for bellwork. We finished up a SampleTest that covers all the standards for 7th grade.

HOMEWORK: workbook 8-2 odds

3rd/4th—-We went over angle relationships. We finished up a SampleTest that covers all the standards for 7th grade. We also worked on the second crossword puzzle. The vocabulary test will be Wednesday.

All classes did a quick review for TCAP, then worked on a measuring puzzle with a ruler.

ALL PERIODS—We took a “Sample Test” that covers all the skills and concepts that we have been working on through the standards practice bellwork problems. Some students did not finish. They were given the option of taking the workbook home to look over the problems. We will do more TCAP review tomorrow with the laptops.

All Periods—We reviewed for the TCAP using 2 sample tests. We rotated as groups to each set of problems.

1st/2nd—We finished up the standard practices(50-57). We took a practice test for chapter 11 which we will review Monday.

3rd/4th— We finished up the standard practices(50-57). We went over the homework and worked on word problems involving permutations and combinations.

1st/2nd—We did Standards Practice p46-49 for bellwork. I graded p47(area of complex shapes). We worked on 592 lesson 11-7. This is homework if you did not finish.

3rd/4th—We did Standards Practice p46-49 for bellwork. We went over 8-3 and 8-4 on the overhead. We started on puzzles E-51/E-54. These are homework if not finished.

1st/2nd —- We did standards practice p42-45. We went over workbook 11-7 and started on more Area of Complex figures. I gave them an answer bank and they were to find the area of complex figures on p592 lesson 11-7.

3rd/4th — We did standards practice p42-45. We studied for the Chp 8 Vocabulary Test and took it.

3rd/4th — We will have a vocabulary test Wednesday over the terms on the two crossword puzzles.

1st/2nd—We did Standards Practice p24-27 for bellwork. We went over area of complex figures and worked on workbook 11-7. We will have a quiz tomorrow from p591.

HOMEWORK: Puzzles D-56/D-58

3rd/4th—We did Standards Practice p24-27 for bellwork. We went over p656 and practice test form 2B.

We will take the chapter 9 test tomorrow. The circle graphs are due tomorrow, also.
