1st/2nd—We did 209(30-33) for bellwork. We went over changing Fractions to Decimals. We will take a grade over Prime Factorization & GCF tomorrow from page 574. Mid Chapter Quiz will be Friday covering chapter 5 lessons 1-4.

HOMEWORK: workbook 5-4

3rd/4th—We did problems involving Rate of Change & Slope. We went over Solving Proportions and did 172(31-44). We will take a grade over Ratios & Rates tomorrow from page 624.  Mid Chapter Quiz will be Friday covering chapter 4 lessons 1-4.

HOMEWORK: finish 172(31-44)

1st/2nd—We did 206(38-47) for bellwork. We went over the homework involving GCF. We worked on the Matching Equivalent Fractions in groups. 

HOMEWORK: workbook 5-3(odd)

3rd/4th—We did 164(20-28) for bellwork. We went over Slope and did 168(3-11). 

HOMEWORK: workbook 4-3(odd)

1st/2nd—We did 199(21-35)odd for bellwork. We went over Prime Factorization & Greatest Common Factor(GCF). 

HOMEWORK:  ”Prime Time” puzzle C-14 and workbook 5-2(odd)

3rd/4th—We went over Rates Of Change”. We completed 163(3-14). We will go over this tomorrow.

1st/2nd period—We did 146(1-10) for bellwork. We went over Prime & Composite and Prime Factorization. We worked on Chapter 3 Cumulative Review and a Standardized Test Practice sheet. We continued to review for the unit test. A copy of the unit test is to the right. Click on your period and it should come up with answers and explanations at the end. The numbers will be changed for the one on Friday.

1st/2nd—We took the vocabulary test and chapter test for chapter 2.

3rd/4th—We took the vocabulary test and chapter test for chapter 3.

1st/2nd—-We did Chapter 2 test, Form 2B for bellwork. We went over the crossword as a review for the vocabulary test tomorrow. We also played a video quiz game to get ready for the Chapter 2 test tomorrow.

HOMEWORK: Study for the vocabulary test & chapter 2 test.

3rd/4th—-We did 146(1-8) & 150(1-8) for bellwork. We did a timed practice test and went over it in class. 

HOMEWORK: Study for the vocabulary test & chapter 3 test.

1st/2nd—We did 79(24-27) for bellwork. We went over Box-and-Whisker Plots, Bar Graphs & Histograms, and Misleading Graphs today. We will review tomorrow for the Chapter 2 Test and the Vocabulary Test, both of which will be Friday. The Vocabulary Test will come directly from the crossword puzzle given on 10/6.

HOMEWORK: Crossword Puzzle & Chapter 2 Test, Form 2B(10-18) + the bonus

3rd/4th—-We did 149(1-20) for bellwork. We worked on Chapter 3 Test, Form 3 in groups. We then continued a crossnumber puzzle from last Friday. The Chapter 3 Test and Vocabulary Test will be Friday. The Vocabulary Test will come directly from the crossword puzzle given on 10/6. 

HOMEWORK: Finish Chapter 3 Test, Form 3 

1st/2nd—We did puzzle E-38/39 for bellwork. We went over Stem-&-Leaf plots. We spent the rest of the period working on E-38/39 and workbook 2-5. Finish these for homework. There will be a quiz tomorrow over 2.1-2.3.

3rd/4th—We did 139(8-21) for bellwork. We took the quiz over 3.1-3.3. We have a very long homework assignment—-144(4-6)   (three problems)  Good Luck
